Please contact your insurance company to verify your Out-of-Network benefits. If they will reimburse you for therapy services from an Out of Network provider, I can provide you with a statement of service or “superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Pricing & Fees

• $150 per 55 minute individual session

• $170 for initial 75 minute diagnostic assessment

• $170 per 55 minute couples session

 I am able to take HSA/FSA cards for payment.
